This site represents a merger between www.anthonylobello.com and www.goforgoldlobello.com. The two sites have been joined to help our friend Anthony Lobello reach the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. Anthony was a member of the 2010-2011 U.S. National Short Track Speed Skating Team. He recently finished the 2010-11 ISU Short Track season ranked 13th overall in the world. At present he is a student at Northern Michigan University, but is also training and preparing for next year's short track season. On this site you'll find pretty much everything there is to know about Anthony - articles, photos, videos, and other news, such as upcoming events and race results. You can listen to some of his favorite music, catch up on his recent Tweets, and see links to other websites that he likes. On the blog page Anthony will post updates about his training and life in general. Short track speedskating on the world stage is an incredibly demanding sport. Maintaining their competitive edge comes at a high cost to these athletes, but the dream of Olympic Gold makes it all worth it.
